Waiters can leave to bring food in. 1 to 2 tables running usually during the week. $5 take per pot or $1 if chopped. $1 blind on the button with $2 $2 SB/BB. $0.50c per hour for comp. Nice high hand payout ($100) if it holds for two hours and then entered into a weekly draw for more cash. Otherwise not obvious incentives.
