I played almost every night at Wynn/Encore or Aria. Wynn/Encore has tables full of local players waiting for a few tourist or "fish' to come in. Games are slow. Management is a joke! The older guy named "Ponch" who works swing shift is a tool. You better grease his greedy hands if you need anything or @#$% walk away and mumble about you. His boss at Wynn/Encore was fired from the same job at Aria. And do not talk to the cocktail girls or they both freak out and get jealous. A security stands in front of the room checking more things on you than TSA.
Games are bad, managers and employees are a joke, front desk staff has no personality, Almost everybody who works there complains about how much they hate working there. Go to Aria where the games are better, and the room is much better run.
