The room although a bit crowded is nicely decorated. From the poker tables it is difficult to view the wall mounted tv's. The Wynn has a wide variety of games that are not offered at smaller poker rooms and I like that they have no cap buy ins. One big complaint is the ridiculous $1-3 no limit game in which you are required to bet in invrements of $3 and all they give you are $3 chips. It made my head hurt for about two hours until I finally got the hang of it. The room is in an excellent location, right near the entrance from the self park.
The competition at the Wynn was very tough. Every player knew what they were doing.
I had no problems with any of the dealers and none of them were extremely personable.
The drinks came out quickly.
Everyone was very helpful. My only complaint was the way the management handled a situation where one player (at a different table) raised his voice innapropriately to another player. This disturned the entire poker room for about 15 minutes. This jerk should have been tossed.
I didnt ask how much they comp per hour. I did ask about the poker room rate which is pretty good. I also asked about a rumor I heard that if you earn 100 points on your comp card within three days of signing up you get free buffet tickets. The poker host told me this was not true.
