I liked the whole vibe of the room and while a little cramped because of all the tables packed in, not too bad. Everything was nice and brand new and the chairs were adjustable too.
I put in a good 10 hours of solid play at the 4-8 tables. I found a wide variety of skill levels in the players at these tables. One of my tables had three deaf guys who spoke to each other in sign language, and one occasionally shreeked something at me. All the dealers seemed very tolerant of their mistakes and constant communication, even if some of us hearing folks weren't too sure they weren't colluding. I found that as the night went on the fish usually trickled out, either loaded or broke and the more solid regulars settled in. I never played past 6am to find out what the later morning crowd was like.
I was not terribly impressed with some of the dealers at my tables. I can recall at least two or three that were rather unfriendly and one who made a couple mistakes. Of course others were very competent and seemed to know some of the regulars, so that made them a little easier to talk to and joke around with.
I recall a couple of the waitresses being rather attractive. But being in a Vegas card room and all, breasts weren't my main priority. It seemed like the service was pretty quick and if you were sure to tip your waitress even if she just gave you water, she came around a little more frequently.
I found the management fairly helpful. They were accomodating of a friend that wanted to play specifically at the table I got on. The automated waiting list system seemed pretty well setup. My only criticism would possibly be that things were very loud and if you weren't waiting close you may not hear your name called to play. As far as waiting times, even when it was pretty busy they seemed to be offering a good number of 4/8 tables and 1/2 NL tables (the most popular). I don't think I ever waited more than 10 or 20 minutes, if that, to play.
I can't really comment on the comps. I saw a lot of the regulars with cards that they had a manager run through the computer to log their play, but I didn't really pick up on this until my last night there.
