The room was beautiful. Plasma TV's all over the place, comfy chairs at the tables. The HE tables are the 9 handed California style. The room is kinda cramped on the back side. There are 27 tables in a room built for 20. The rail up front is nice as it has 5 or 6 games on it with lots of onlookers. It felt like I was back in the Bellagio. That is my reason for only a 4. I'm not crazy on over the top type of places and this place just screams EXPENSIVE.
I was there on a Sunday night and 5-6 out of the 8 opponents at my table actually knew what they were doing.
Dealers were top notch, simple as that.
Cocktails came around quite quickly and the servers were very attractive. I'm sure on weekends nights the service will slow down a bit, but they did have several girls working the room.
Management was great. They answered all my questions, walked me right to the table I was at, and were just pleasant overall. There were some problems with the list keepers though. They kept sending 10 people to a new table when it only holds 9 and missed some names on the lists, but nothing that can't be corrected.
