It is no doubt super high-end. The vibe overall was kind of smarmy to me though. I bump it up to 4 because of the amount of absolutely slammin' looking women playing or walking in and out of the room constantly, add in one absolutely gourgeous lady whos dress was on so tight just her walking around the room with her BF partially popped her double d out unbeknownst to her.
2 sessions at 1-3NL, players seemed way better than anywhere else I played. I took some beats, but they weren't like crazy way behind stuff like I saw at other places, guys had ever right to be in pot and just hit on me. Everyone could post blinds and seemed to have some knowledge on good play unlike MGM or Ceasers.
Good dealers overall, kept games going, though I was particularly annoyed with one guy who refused to call seat open at our short handed table. The other guys were doing it so I assume he should have been too.
Quick beers, super hot waitress.
Quick seating, not as inviting as Ceasers, not as bad as how I was treated other places.
