The signs on the door mean nothing. I was at their grand opening last might. Entered the tournament and was surprised to see 3 of the other 7 people at my table were not wearing masks and none of them had drinks or food. As I looked around I notice almost every table had at least 1 person without a face covering. Even some of the staff had their mask below their nose. I asked the manager if he could enforce the policy. He claimed they are in the city limits. I'm not sure why that means he can't enfourse their own rules.
I choose to forfiet my chips after about 15 min and leave. I did not feel safe. And I will not go back until it is safe to be around people again.
