The dealers are very friendly and accommodating to new players, which I find refreshing.
A large contingent of female players and older players reflect the relaxed vibe here in Sarasota.
The rake for tournaments is excellent.
Three rake free tournaments are available during the week, Wednesday 6:30 pm $100 +20 addon for staff (basically a tip), Friday 1 pm $300 +20, Sunday 5 pm $50 +10.
The rake frees actually produce very nice prize pools!
They need to do a better job of replacing cards that have nail marks. Also a better job keeping the tables clean and replacing the table felts.
It is well past time to retire the old tournament chips. They stick together and don't fit properly in the racks provided (the racks for different sized chips are all mixed up).
