Not my first time in this poker room. But since the last time I played, its way better. They're on the 3rd floor now, instead of the 2nd. A lot of the same dealers, but some new faces. Almost all the floors are new except 2 or 3. The atmosphere and attitude has COMPLETELY changed! Everyone was laughing, enjoying their time. The floors were smiling and greeted me right away when I came in. I think it was Nick? He made sure I was put on the wait list since their tables were full, but I only waited maybe 5 minutes and I already had a seat waiting for me. I told him I had not been in the room for like 5 years, and he took the time to explain how everything worked and answered every question I had. While I was there I also met Dana their new poker room manager. Nicest guy ever, didn't act like I was a bother to him. Which is refreshing because half the time you never see room managers at all in other casinos. Can't wait to play here again!
