Look, it's far from the worst place you could play, but for a place that wants to rival the other East Coast poker rooms, it's nowhere near up to par. The tournament structure is fine, although still allowing the entire alternate list to register means players are still being added six levels after registration has closed. The 5-card PLO game is a joke. Dealers were constantly letting people straddle after they'd already looked at their cards, were calculating pots incorrectly, etc. Dealers at NLH were better. No text service for when your seat is ready, so you had no choice but to be crowded around a hundred other people waiting for an hour or so. I had no issues with the staff at the poker room itself, although almost every other staff member I encountered outside the poker room was incredibly rude and off-putting.
Basically, if there's nowhere else to play, it's fine. But if you have a choice between Live or the Philly, AC or Connecticut casinos, choose one of them hands down.
