Huge room always seems to be busy. Players are ok for the most part. Staff isn't the nicest. Tournaments are ran poorly. I've had chips missing when I come back from break and they do nothing, when some busts out they can rebuy in front of the alternates. The staff tells me that's how it's done everywhere mind you that I've played all over the country I can tell that's not true at all. Tournament director "T" I think is his name said that and then when called to make a ruling during the tournament he makes crazy decisions not within the rules.
