Old Style Charm - Great games!!

They've done some interior changes that I think make it seem even more spacious. Never had to wait for a seat, was immediately sat at any game going. It's a great place to get your feet wet if you're a novice and an even better place if you're quite good at the game.

Depending on the game being played some players were tough and some were very average, the majority seem average. One minor complaint - Locals should not be allowed to "Tap the glass". A few grumpy old men made life a little uncomfortable for a few of the tourists.

Hats off to Buck and Buddy!! You guys rock!! Evelyn is one tough old gal but a blast to be with at the table. Alot of young hires were in just to handle the Classic Tournament and they all seemed ok. Oh yes, beware of the straddle from the dealers on there breaks and after their shifts. These guys have an uncanny way taking down pots with 72o.

The gals have worked there ever since I've been visting Binion's, I can remember most of them when it was call The Horseshoe. They brought drinks as fast as they could. I ordered one Cranberry and Absolute but I think I ended up with only cranberry juice?

The room was managed very well, they were able to accomodate everyone I saw waiting. The tournaments including the "Classic" tournaments were very well run. The player list is still kept by hand (pencil and paper) but it worked so no complaints. Management has always been very friendly. Any questions about any games going were answered in a timely fashion.

I like the $2 per hour comp rating. I was able to enjoy a few meals at very discounted price due to my play. There is no high hand or bad beat jack pot. I wish there was because I had quad 10's and quad K's during my stay and that would have been a very nice bonus to have a high hand pot.
