This is bar none the best poker room in Washington state.
- Excellent staff - floor, dealers, servers
- Amazing promotions
- Great food at cheap prices
- Mostly friendly clientele, albeit sometimes a bit of rough edged, sketch types like any cardroom
Room for improvement :
- Upgrade the bathrooms - too small and outdated, sometimes unsanitary
- Check into expanding to build an additional floor with new facilities, you could be running 20+ tables at peak times.
- Upgrade the drinks and wines to more premium brands - best wine there now is pretty mediocre.
- Refresh the card decks more often, last time in they were old and bent.
- Allow a $500 buyin at the 1/3 level but DO NOT ever allow button straddles like at Aces.
