Of all the poker rooms I've been to this is easily the biggest. And even when there was not a major tournament going on it was still used well enough with myriad of games running and this was only a midday on a Thursday (But mind you right before 4th of July weekend)
Service was great and does include free alcohol for players, which can always be beneficial even for those who don't drink as other players loosen up. Dealers were very friendly and knowledgeable. Only played at one time for about 8 hours but play was perfect, not tight but certainly not overly loose at a 1/2 table. There was also a decent number of 2/5 running and would probably try these stakes on my next visit.
They had a high hand running which was already at a royal when I got there, then as soon as it ended and the next one began someone had a king high straight flush almost immediately.
They also have a new outlet mall attached to the casino which becomes a great place to buy some nice clothes at a discount with any poker winnings you may accumulate.
