The dealers have good mechanical abilities and run the game well.
There are a few anglers who play regularly and get away with moves that affect the game. If you call out another player for rules violations, you'll get mocked. That goes for most poker rooms though. If we all keep bringing attention to it to the floor, perhaps we can make it a better place to play.
Floor is receptive to concerns as they arise and make unbiased decisions. We are human and I know I wouldn't want to manage a poker room..
I agree somewhat with a prior review of a few dealers being distracted with personal conversations. We all appreciate their friendly demeanor, but the focus should lean towards the game.
The rake plus promo is high but that is part of casino poker now. 4-8 limit and 1-3 no limit are always running.
Calling in to get on the list gets you a seat quick, but there is rarely a wait longer than 10 minutes even if you just stop in. Opening, closing and moving tables and players as needed seems to go smoothly.
Room is cozy and always clean. 8 handed tables. Comfy chairs. Cards are good quality. Drink service is top notch. Food options in the casino are great. Parking is free and not far from the room.
