There's a game for pretty much every limit, and of pretty much every major variant of hold 'em there is (I didn't see any stud being played). Just as easy to get into a 20-50 PLO game as it is a 1-2 Hold 'em game here. However, when I stopped in, there was a VERY long list for some limits (like, enough to open multiple tables), so management may limit the number of games at certain limits, or underschedule dealers. That being said, even with 10 names on the list, the wait for a seat was like 30 minutes on a Friday, so not terrible.
Dealers were fast and efficient, with every table I saw using an auto-shuffler to speed things along. Cocktail service was pretty easy to flag down, though I didn't get anything while I was there so I can't comment on prices (it seemed like you're paying downtown bar prices, if what I saw other people paying was any indication).
