Very Nice Room!

Quiet, removed, enclosed area. No casino noise. No cigarette smoke. Tables are in good condition. Would like to see new television monitors, but I'm sure the room manager would too. Seems about time for the large projection TV's to be replaced with nice new LCD models. Tournament clocks with white background were hard to read.

Players were a good mix of tourists and locals. Any decent player would fit right and feel comfortable at the tables here. Not too many hotshot, know-it-all players... very few in fact... this was an enjoyable group of players to be around.

EXCELLENT DEALERS. All dealers had excellent mechanics and control of the game. All were friendly without being too talkative. All were great. I played about 20 hours in the room and this is the only room that I have played in where every dealer was very good. Dealers are a real strength at Harrah's.

Waitresses did what they were supposed to do. I only drink water, so can't comment on quality of the drinks.

Friendly, polite, attentive, managed lists and tournaments well. Management was eager to answer questions at the desk, smiled and were polite when buying in and cashing out. Overall the management and dealers create a welcoming atmosphere that left me with the impression of Harrah's as being a friendly, inviting room. I will definitely be back.

Several great promotions running... breakfast club, bailout, $1/hour.
