Decent rebound, but they'll never be back to their former glory.

I used to play here a lot 20 years ago and really liked the place. The good news is they have finally stepped up to compete with promotions with Fortune and Palace, but it's honestly too little too late. Their dealers and management are both decent, but their service staff and food are both terrible and there is very little energy to the room.

I have also heard on several occasions while playing in the pit that they only keep poker because of some juiced in tribal members with family on the tribal council. Apparently casino management would really rather get rid of it and put in either fine dining or more a lot machines. I guess that explains why no one seems to care about the place. Nepotism at best!

I will occasionally stop in to Palace and see if they have ever figured out what they are going to do with the place (their promos and number of poker tables seem to change weekly.) My main room will continue to be Fortune where they seem to know how to run a room and always stay a step ahead of the competition with great promos, professional management and great service and food.
