It still surprises me people don't talk about The Orleans as much as they should. I love playing here.
Yeah, the room is tucked back in the back of the casino (shocker) but it's worth heading back there. They run great promos (you can even get chip bonuses if you play before tourneys) and the daily tourneys are outstanding. Plus they do O8 and HORSE tourneys too which is a blast if you want to break the NLH rut. There are add-ons and re-entries as well so it's usually a decent prize pool.
It's a big room with something like 35-36 tables, well-run and staffed. Plus they put the room next to the food court. (Ship it on Fuddruckers!) The people at the cages are very nice and helpful too.
It's not your typical off-strip room. It's not very far from there and you'll enjoy the place. You can even catch a hockey game right now in the Arena if you want. Hopefully I'll see you there!
