Visited Mirage Aug 29 thru 31. Played in two poker tournaments. Both were $65 buy ins. No add on. Usually had 2 tables to start and would get to three tables both times. Payout to top 5. Structure was not bad. Usually 5 to 6 levels and then the blinds got a bit high based on your starting stack. Lots of action usually. Mix of tourists and locals made for an interactive table. Some locals tried to over run the table but low and behold eventually would run into a monster. Very easy to find these fish. Dealer Mile was fantastic! We had a good time with him. Some dealers were not as friendly and hardly said a word. Poker room was redone within the past year or so. It is smaller but still cozy. Sits right next to the sports book so during breaks you can got chill there for 10 min and catch up on scores. Overall a great room. I did not play cash during this stay.
