On a regular basis the dealer deals your card under the rail.
A couple OK dealers, but mostly brand new dealers that allow the players to run the table. I have had several experiences with the dealers not giving players away from the table missed blind buttons and dealing them in when they return to the table.
Friendly, but don't control the room. Very timid.
