Way too cold evey time I have played there. Also they have the smoking areas all around the room and the smoke comes right in. MOVE the smoking area away if it is a non smoking room, HELLO.

Where did they find these people? Most are rude or just as cold as the room. Most of these people have never dealt a hand of poker in their lives based on the skill levels. And most can not control the game, other then to make you BET more then you wanted to. They have some stupid line rule that you bring a hand full of chips and cut off say $25 they say your bet is all that were in your hand. GET A LIFE, every place in town does not call the amout of the bet until it is CUT OUT OF THE STACK! They just want to max the rake at your expense.

My god some of the calls I have watched these "managers" make. Clue READ THE RULES, they make it up on the fly here.
$1 an hour of play to a max of $7 per day. A bunch of casinos could look at them for the right way to act.
